Rockcreek Place HOA Annual Dues

The annual assessment for dues for the Rockcreek Place HOA pays for the expenses incurred by the HOA. This includes budget items for administration, insurance, repairs to the common area infrastructure, electricity, water, and landscape maintenance.

The majority of the dues assessment pays for our landscape maintenance and management.

The Annual Assessment is currently $875.00 per year and is due on the first day of January each year. The assessment will be considered delinquent if not paid by January 31 and may then incur penalties and interest.
