Rockcreek Place HOA has two parking areas that the HOA manages as common areas for all residents and guests to use for short-term parking only. They are at 4724 Rockcreek Lane and 4821 Ridgedale Dr. All other on-street parking (even the Rockcreek cul-de-sac) within the community is considered public property and is subject to the City ordinances.
