How We Got Our Start

Since being developed in 1995, we have become a community of 83 homes and their residents. It's a wonderful community to be a part of and its convenience to shopping, medical, and access to major routes while still being a quiet place, cannot be beat. Rockcreek Place has beautiful common areas with gardens and green space. 

In the beginning the Creekway area only had the vintage tree stand at the end and the large American Elm. The residents collected funds, some of which were matched by the City of Plano, and planted all of the trees along the sides of the walkway . The HOA also established the planted entryways and placed a time capsule in the brick posts showing the community back in the beginning. Many of the original owners still live in Rockcreek Place.

Community members have taken turns on the Board of Directors and actively participate in the community.
